1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you cannot legally accept an agreement yourself, a parent, guardian or authorized representative must approve your use.
2. Platform service
ItnaSales AI provides software for customer messaging, AI-assisted replies, product information, orders, support, notifications and business operations. Individual businesses control the products, prices, promises, policies and transactions offered through their workspace.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect login credentials and notify the relevant business or platform operator about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, send unlawful spam, or use the platform to sell prohibited goods or services.
5. Business responsibilities
Businesses must obtain required channel permissions and customer consent, maintain accurate product and policy data, review automated workflows, protect customer information, fulfil orders, handle refunds and comply with applicable laws.
6. AI limitations
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Businesses must review high-impact actions and must not rely on AI as professional legal, medical, financial or safety advice. The platform applies safeguards but cannot guarantee every generated response.
7. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans, limits, billing periods and available payment methods are shown before purchase. Unless a provider supports automatic renewal, renewal requires a new payment. Cancellation does not automatically refund an already-started period unless required by law or an agreed refund policy.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, replace or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material policy changes will be posted with an updated date.
9. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be restricted for security risk, non-payment, unlawful use or serious violation of these terms. Where reasonable, users will have an opportunity to correct the issue or export permitted data.
10. Liability and contact
To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
